Engineering has always been the bottleneck. It no longer is.
Distribution is the most defensible thing we have (timestamping this in October 2026), along with network effects and distribution baked into the product itself.
I feel we can now build more products and bring new ideas to market in weeks (sometimes days) rather than months. The journey, path and process we use may be useful to others.
These notes will act as a naturally forming playbook.
